Originally a Shell gas station and cafe built in 1938, this pink-and-turquoise gem is less a diner and more a love letter to the glory days of chrome, jukeboxes, and Elvis sightings. It was transformed in 1992 into a retro wonderland that’s been slinging burgers and nostalgia ever since.
