Lido Motel, San Bernardino California

Originally the Andy Motel in the 1940's, the name was changed and this great neon sign added around the 1960's. The Lido's vibe was purely unpretentious with it's simple single story plain facade. The rooms had a little slice of retro americana in the gables over the doorways to the rooms that are still there. You can see them on Cajon Boulevard in San Bernardino, CA
