Bono's Restaurant, Fontana California

Opened in 1936 as an Italian restaurant and deli. It had a verandah that opened towards Route 66 converting the building into an open outdoor market. In 1943 that part of the building was closed in leaving it looking as it does now in the photo. The whole building was actually moved back to accommodate widening of the road in 2013.
