Calico Landmark Monument, Calico California

In 1962, Calico was christened a California Historical Landmark and in 2005, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger declared it the state’s Silver Rush Ghost Town, cementing it's place in history. The plaque was placed in 1973 to commemorate the town's historical significance. The marker is located on Main Street in Calico, CA
